WHAT IS REBELOT
“Rebelòt” in the Milanese dialect means CHAOS. Rebelòt is the word that my dad used to tell me after a playdate, a birthday party or even at the end of the day. “Varda chi che rebelòt!”. I knew it meant that it was time to clean up the mess, but when I read the translation as an adult, I thought they must have made a mistake. Chaos is not a good thing…from a grown up perspective! To me a Rebelòt has always been a world made of fantasy and happiness! I guess my passion for the Rebelòt made me an actress.
Rebelot Theatre is a young theatre company that offers custom shows in English and Italian, for private events, for the whole family! We can tailor a site specific entertainment that ranges from a live show for kids to murder mistery dinner with your family in the plot, or a treasure hunting where only who knows you well will find the clues! “PINOCCHIO: The Wooden Boy”
The Storyteller is about to tell you the true story of the most famous puppet in the world. You will become part of Pinocchio’s adventure by dancing the puppet dance and by learning what does it mean to be a real boy.
Interactive Theatre Show based on the book “The adventures of Pinocchio”. English language – 40 minutes long, age 3 to 11 – Photobooth and petting zoo available upon request.

“DANCING WITH LOUIS”
Luisa and Maria are Louis Prima’s biggest fans. They will take you on a great adventure to meet their hero! Incredibly entertaining show with live music and dancing, produced by the Italian American Museum of L.A. in collaboration with the Gia Malone Prima Foundation.

“BUON COMPLEANNO ITALO!”
Sister Teodora has been trying to prepare a surprise birthday party for Italo Calvino, who is turning 100, but he suddenly went missing… The show is produced by the Italian Institute of Culture in L.A. to celebrate the Centennial of the most popular writer .

Interactive live show for kids from 5 to 10 years old. It is 45 minutes long and it can be set up indoor or outdoor. The Cantastorie and her apprentice will tell three stories from the Grimm’s book. Italian and English.
